Hope Rehab is the culmination of the career and experiences of Sam Fonternot PT.  He has brought to the clinic 30 years of experience in the delivery and management of rehabilitation services.  This has included acute care hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, nursing homes. home health and private out patient clinics.  This includes five years of managing the delivery of Rehab services for a major national corporate provider.  In the area of private out paitent clinics, Hope Rehab is the continuation of a practice that was started in 1979. Mr. Fontenot lives just north of Houston in Magnolia with his wife, Maedelle.  They have three children and three grandchildren.
